I went to rother ride as i had been recommended by a friend i went to see gaz for a assesment day and knew from that day i wouldnt be looking elsewhere to do my DAS i wasnt pushed into booking anything until i was ready...loved every minute of my training gaz made it enjoyable and as comfortable as possible! Got me through my mod 1 and mod 2 without a single minor now thats good teaching

Gaz and Chrissy are great instructors. They teach you to a standard that is well above the standard for passing the test. This means on test day the pressure is lifted massively as you are simply emulating their good riding habits. I recommend this training school for all motorcyclists. They also have a wide selection of motorbike gear for all shapes and sizes. I was using a helmet that had been ran over by a bus and was still in one piece. Gaz quickly educated me on the fact that crash helmets are only good for one crash, and he kindly gave me a spare helmet he had. Unfortunately I got a puncture on my scooter on the a629 coming back from denby dale and I left the helmet behind as it was pitch black and freezing cold. Motorbiking is full of memories, so start them here. I did my cbt and DAS here, and I will also be doing the enhanced rider training for a reduction in my insurance and to improve my skills further. I see big things for this school now and in the future. Keep up the good work. Pele.

Firstly, thanks to Gaz and Sam for all of their help and guidance over the past few months! Lovely couple.

I work away during the week so my lessons were pretty scattered and in the beginning it was hard to remember things and make progress. However, Sam managed to get me squeezed in and get me a constant flow of lessons in,and to top that off, Gaz is a top class instructor and broke things down for me in a way I understood, until riding a bike felt natural. In addition to that, he's a genuinely nice bloke and you can have a little bit of a laugh on lessons which helps chill you out, a big thing in the early stages when you first get on two wheels! He is also very knowledgeable - and most importantly- extremely passionate about bikes.

If you're thinking about learning to ride I 100% reccomend Rother Ride. 👍🏻

Having decided to take my full Motorcycle A licence I asked a few biker friends who they would recommend. Rother Ride was highly recommended by more than one friend and I can 100% see why. I had no prior Motorbike riding experience and Gary (the instructor at Rother Ride) invited me down to their facility for a no obligation, free lesson where he could assess my current ability and recommend the most appropriate level of training. I would have probably selected their guaranteed pass but Gary recommended their unlimited lessons package which saved me £200. I started my training on 21st September this year and on 26th November I am proud to say I passed the last section (Mod 2) and now have my full A licence. It has taken 2 months and the training was outstanding. Gary and Sam are fantastic at what they do and I would highly recommend Rother Ride to anyone thinking of undertaking any form of motorcycle training. A big thanks to Rother Ride for all your help and guidance this past 2 months. It’s been an absolute pleasure.

Without a shadow of a doubt, Rother Ride is THE place to learn to ride a bike. Gaz is a very professional instructor, extremely relaxed and makes riding a fun and enjoyable experience. Gaz thoroughly explains things and helps you when confidence is lacking.

Gary is an amazing instructor and passionate about his job did my mod1 and mod2 passing them both first time he is excellent at explaining the thing you do wrong and gives you tips and techniques to put them right.

My experience can be summed up in 2 words.

Simply Amazing.

If your thinking of getting into biking go and see him he's a very friendly welcoming guy.

I did my CBT today, this is my second CBT, got to say Gary and Sam are great! Unlimited hints tips and tricks.. really knowledgeable and helpful with and questions you may have. I enjoyed my CBT that much I’ve decided to do my full bike test ASAP instead of next summer like I planned, couldn’t recommend them more! Cheers guys

The best motorcycle instructor out there fact !!! Gary has a real passion for motorbikes and isn't just init to fleece you out of your hard earned spends.
